The second conference of the Arab Confederation of Internal Auditors opened in AlUla under the theme "Together for Leadership", under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Hussam Abdulmohsen Alangari, President of the General Court of Audit and Chairman of the Confederation.

The conference brought together the board chairs of the member institutes and associations from thirteen Arab countries, the Global Board and executive leadership of The Institute of Internal Auditors, and internal audit professionals from across the region.

Its three sessions covered global challenges and updates in internal auditing, strategic approaches for the profession regionally, innovative technology and data analytics, governance and risk, and the ethical responsibilities of the profession.
