ARABCIIA Boards and Committees Overview

  • Audit Committees

    Mission: 

    To provide assistance to the ARABCIIA Board of Directors in fulfillment of their oversight responsibilities for The IIA’s governance, risk management, and internal control processes. Additionally, the Committee oversees ARABCIIA’s enterprise risk management, compliance, and ethics programs, the internal audit function, and the annual external audit of ARABCIIA’s financial statements.

  • Standard Committees

    Mission: 

    The committee aims to be the arm responsible for following up on the pivotal aspects of developing the profession, developing standards for the work and practice of the internal audit profession, issuing guidelines, and developing and implementing initiatives to raise awareness among target groups.

  • Conferences Committees

    Mission: 

    The committee aims to control, organize, and develop ARABCIIA’s work about planning for holding conferences and seminars, or participating in conferences and seminars organized by international or local bodies and representing the Union in them.

    Mission:
